Danny and Rey are the BEST I have worked with in the Industry !!! Danny is both Quick and Efficient in getting the appointment set and ordering any required parts or materials so that they are ready for the technician before he arrives on site. He has a wonderful business sense, understands urgency and is truly concerned in getting the product fixed and or serviced. Rey is the Best Technician I have meet; as he is through in his research and overview of the problem and will take all measures to find the problem and solution. My Christmas 2019 experience with Empower was like a ....Christmas movie story. My 12 years old furnace broke down on Christmas Eve (I'm not kidding!). Probably Santa tried to slide down the chimney and damaged the furnace with his huge posterior. On Boxing Day I looked for a HVAC company on Google, read Google and Homestars reviews then obtained three quotes. The one offered by Tommy from Empower for a Carrier 59TP6 two stage variable furnace was very competitive so I accepted it in the morning of December 27. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the same day at 1:30 PM, Amir and his assistant arrived to install the new machine. The weather was mild and it was not an emergency, but Empower reacted very fast anyway. Amir worked enthusiastically, helped by his quiet and sprite assistant. At the end, Amir showed me what I needed to know, including how to change the Generalaire humidifier filter which was in an awful shape. I believe that Empower's very high score on Homestars truly reflects the exceptional quality of the service this company provides. Empower installers were on schedule and very professional in their work on installing on my new furnace. They also resolved some other issue with my thermostat connection to my AC that recently installed. Their cost were competitive and clean the basement after installation. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The most difficult installation is made so easy by them and the job was completed in the time specified. Got a quote on Dec 29 and the job was completed on Dec 30 by noon. I would recommend Empower to anyone and everyone. They rock. The price is also very competitive and they help me to complete the application to get a rebate of $800 from the Government. The whole experience to replace my furnace and air conditioner using Empower was excellent. The salesperson was helpful in getting me the best equipment for my budget. He came to my house on a Saturday, saw we had a broken furnace and committed to getting it replaced asap. Monday morning the installation crew arrived at my home. They were knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They replaced both the furnace and air conditioner in an expedited fashion and everything worked perfectly. The administration staff registered my warranties on Tuesday, made my appointment for duct cleaning and were efficient and friendly in the process. Empower provided great and timely communication on all the services it provided from sales to installation to administration and follow up. Great experience all around!

I was very impressed with the diligent work of G. Singh in installing my new air heat pump and electric furnace. He worked on it for 3 days. The second day he was here 14 hours not leaving the premises once. I am also impressed with the salesman, Stan Maceachen. He answered all my emails quickly with a phone call, moved appliances on his day off and drove across the city at 8 pm at night to bring me heaters. They were a great team!
