During our maintenance, we use precision tools capable of detecting very small leaks that will not trigger your carbon monoxide detector.   3. Safety check for fire and explosion hazard
  4. Inspect for hazardous debris
  5. Check gas piping for gas leaks

13 Steps Involved In Air Conditioner/ Heat Pump Maintenance

  2. Checking the coil, drain line and connections
  3. Checking the operating pressures and temperatures, the return and supply lines and connections.
